Refund Policy

Return window

You can return unused refills for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Condition

Refills must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to start a return

Email info@jasclairdiapercare.com with your order number (found on your Stripe receipt). We will reply with return instructions within two business days.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or item damaged in transit).

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned refills, we issue a refund through Stripe within five business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your card issuer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email info@jasclairdiapercare.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
